Jerica Williams is a trailblazing leader, dynamic coach, and transformative force in the realms of basketball, business, and community. From humble beginnings in Southern California to becoming a Hall of Fame athlete and an award-winning coach, Jerica’s journey is defined by resilience, empowerment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Her athletic career includes earning a full scholarship to UCLA, leading her high school to multiple championships, NCAA tournament appearance and making history as the only active female coach in Division I Men’s College Basketball for the 2023-24 season. Along the way, she has received numerous accolades, including the Spirit of Detroit Award, two Coach of the Year honors, bolstering nine championships, and San Diego’s Businesswoman of the Year Award.

Jerica’s impact extends far beyond the court. A leader in sports and business, she is a consultant specializing in branding, strategic partnerships, and community relations. As the Founder and Chief Storyteller of HER: Power Productions, a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of girls and young women, she has built a legacy of empowerment—helping individuals recognize and harness their inner strength. Her philanthropic work includes founding mentorship programs and executing dozens of charity events, shaping a new generation of leaders.

Driven by a profound sense of purpose, Jerica has dedicated her life to being the resource and guiding light she wished she had growing up. Whether mentoring young women, creating powerful teams, or transforming organizational cultures, Jerica leads with authenticity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others recognize their potential and thrive.

I empower individuals to unlock their inner strength and transform from powerless to powerful. Through mentorship, leadership, and unwavering support, I create safe spaces for self-discovery, inspire confidence and resilience, and guide others to step into the best version of themselves.

My greatest passion is helping others see the power within themselves. I founded JACE to help individuals and organizations grow through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. I launched HER: Power Productions to give girls and young women a voice, creating a platform where they can see their worth, own their stories, and recognize their strength. Through mentorship programs and community initiatives, I’ve had the privilege of impacting lives and shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

Everything I do stems from a deep belief in the potential of others. Whether I’m mentoring a young girl, coaching a team, or consulting with a business, my goal is the same: to guide others in transforming from powerless to powerful. I lead with authenticity, compassion, and the understanding that we all have greatness within us—we just need someone to help us unlock it.

Career Highlights:

  • Twice inducted into Mount Miguel High School’s Hall of Fame - recognized as the all time leading scorer, winning 3 San Diego CIF Championships, earning San Diego’s Player of the Year and a full scholarship to UCLA 

  • Being part of a Mountain West Conference championship team along with a second round NCAA appearance as a collegiate student-athlete at UCLA and San Diego State

  • Only active female coach in DI Men’s College Basketball (23-24) - Third all time in NCAA History and first in Horizon League history

  • Spirit of Detroit Award Recipient presented by Detroit City Council

  • Two-Time Coach of the Year by Detroit Free Press + Associated Press

  • Coached teams to four District titles, four Regional titles, two Final Fours, and one Texas state title

  • San Diego’s Businesswoman of the Year Award for her work as an entrepreneur
